RETURN POLICY


We take pride in the quality of our designer goods and hope you love your purchase. As such, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be considered if there are missing inclusions or undisclosed flaws that were not shown in the photos provided. In these cases, we offer a CHANGE OF ITEM only.

Before requesting an exchange, please make sure the following conditions are met:

- The flaw or missing inclusion was not shown or mentioned in our detailed photos and product description. We encourage all customers to carefully review all images before purchasing.

- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

- All shipping fees for both the return and the replacement item will be shouldered by the customer.


CANCELLATION POLICY


You may cancel your order as long as we haven’t shipped your item(s) out. Please contact us as soon as possible the moment you change your mind. A representative will get back to you with one (1) business day to inform you that your item(s) have already been shipped.


We do not allow the return or cancellation of preordered and layaway items. We only allow returns and refunds for on-hand and cash transactions.


RESERVATION POLICY


1.Deposit Requirement

A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an item.

2.Deposit Application

Should you change your mind, the deposit can be applied to another item, provided the request is made within 48 hours from the time of reservation. This 48-hour window includes weekends and holidays.

3.Item Holding Period

The reserved item will be held for a maximum of 5 days from the date of deposit. If no full payment is received within this period, the item will be automatically relisted.

At HK Luxury Shop, we ensure quick, secure, and efficient delivery for all customers.




Same-Day Dispatch

- All on-hand items are shipped out the same day once payment is confirmed.

- Orders are processed and released for delivery immediately after we receive your payment.



Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery.

- For the safety and protection of both the buyer and the seller, our rider will wait while the customer inspects the item upon arrival.

- Payment will only be collected after the buyer has checked and confirmed the bag.

- The rider will release the item and leave the location only after the customer has confirmed the payment.
